Whew. . .ceilings are done in the rental. . .now we just have to trim them. Adam's parents helped today. So, the list is: Fix plumbing in bathroom. (faucet is dripping, trim and caulk) Trim ceilings and floors. Possibly paint the outside (this could wait until later, I want to start advertising it as soon as the trim and stuff is done). Lay two peel and stick floors in mudroom and bathroom. Find a general electric breaker type tcq or tqc or something or other. Fix mudrooms ceiling and walls. I think that's it. Honestly, I am so fed up with the whole place, but it is looking like a different abode. Here's a pic of the Coleman 236 lovingly restored by my father. Thanks "Blad"!
