Mow Maniacs #3

I just received a call to look out my window. . .yup, they are at it again, no, not mowing intently, but watering. Last week, they watered almost everyday, throughout the day. We are on watering restrictions. 7:30-9:30 pm every other day, odd and even numbered homes take turns. Meanwhile, the renegades are watering copiously, they have no new sod, so they do not have a viable excuse. I won't rat them out, but I sure hope someone does, I have caused enough crap in this town.
